Returns & Refunds Policy
At Smurf Mushroom, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Return: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Products that are damaged or not in the original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Extended Returns Period: We offer an extended returns period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
